I am looking into how we can tell if the cesium fountain clock is correctly aligned by reading some papers by other scientists

Right now I’m working on a way to calibrate our rotation tables for testing gyroscopes. Turns out when you care about being able to say how much error you have the simple way gives the wrong answer. This is why now I’m working on a better way to do it.
After this is solved I’ll be processing all the data we gather during test to find out how well the gyroscopes are performing.

I’m working on building a new magnetometer for the JUICE mission. The spacecraft is due to launch in 2022 and travel to Jupiter. It will study the Galilean moon Ganymede, and try to characterise the liquid (subsurface) ocean.
