  Hi, I would not say that having children has interfered with my work, but obviously there have been times when I have had to make some adjustments. But there has never been any problem with this and I have always worked in an environment that has good flexible working and consideration for parents to fulfil childcare commitments. We are lucky in that now more than ever there is a a great deal of understanding and legislation for working parents so you should never feel disadvantaged in the work place due to having children.
